60-Night Comfort Guarantee
There’s no need to compromise on comfort. We give every customer 60 nights to make sure they get really comfortable with their new mattress before making a commitment, with our promise that if they're really not getting on they can exchange it for a brand new one, it’s as simple as that.
Here’s how it works:
- Pick a new mattress on the official Silentnight website
- It can take a little while to adjust to a new mattress, so we ask our customers to sleep on it for at least 28 nights
- If they're struggling to get comfortable after the first 28 nights, we can exchange it for a brand new product – as long as the customer claims within 60 days of delivery.
