re:sleep is an online sleep retraining programme.
We help persistent sleep problem sufferers rediscover healthy sleep.
The programme has been created by a medical team led by leading sleep and insomnia specialist Stephanie Romiszewski.
Stephanie is a a go-to sleep expert for the BBC, ITV and Sky and has already appeared on influential podcasts such as Steven Bartlett's Diary of a CEO.
Our programme is entirely evidence-based and uses complimentary psychological and neuroscientific techniques and approaches.
Our basic programme lasts 3-months after which users will have sorted their sleep issue, but also get the possibility of joining a post-therapy support and maintenance program.
Our therapy is sold in either 3-month, 6-month or 12-month plans.
Typically users have the possibility of getting the first 2 weeks for just £1 after which they will be automatically charged for the full therapy for a one-off payment.
