The average waiting time for refunds is 1-4 weeks. With the living cost crisis and inflation, people are desperate to get their money back ASAP. Online stores complain that customers are chasing them even for £10. Currently, it is impossible to issue refunds immediately.
OUR SOLUTION/VALUE PROPOSITION
Instant refunds. The customer registers a return and receives a refund instantly. Then they have 7 days to send a tracking number. Finally, online stores check the item, accept or decline it and repay us in 21 days.
OUR BUSINESS MODEL
Our business model is direct. We charge online stores a 3,5% commission fee per refund.
Go-to-Market Strategy
We plan to start with small and medium Shopify stores with less than $10mln ARR.
