It all started back in 2011 on a beach at the Dardenelles in Turkey. Guy Burt, founder of 5kind, had just finished the famous swim crossing and ended up with sore shoulders, hips and muscles after finishing the open water channel swim.
Guy tried a number of chemical laden massage potions, with no great success. As a result, up popped the idea, “If I can’t find the solution, let’s make it”.
Mother Nature has helped us, with so many natural oils, extracts and active ingredients available from earth’s treasure trove. These offer anti-inflammatory, soothing and moisturising properties – why work with synthetics when nature knows best.
Working with leading natural product developers, 5kind was born, to offer a range of natural based products, with no parabens, sulfates, mineral oils or petrolatum.
